NiiNu 2026 SS New Collection

At NiiNu, I embrace a sense of trend and modernity, yet my brand does not simply follow fleeting fashion. I blend the sensibilities of Aarhus and Tokyo, selecting colors and patterns that feel urban yet harmonize with life by the sea, and I create each piece in small, handmade quantities. Every garment begins with a single piece of fabric, and I put my own sensibility and intention into each piece.

My designs naturally combine elements of art, fashion, the beach, culture—especially inspired by Japanese haori and hanten—and sustainability. I draw inspiration from daily life, natural light, and the expressions and movements of people, while keeping functionality and comfort in mind.

For the Spring 2026 collection, I will continue to focus on haori and hanten as the core of the collection, while also introducing long linen dresses in vibrant colors. Each dress and haori is carefully crafted with hand-finished details such as panels, ruffles, and ribbons, so that even pieces of the same design have unique expressions. I create them so that the wearer can enjoy the process of making their own story while wearing the garment.

NiiNu’s clothes are meant to bring small joys and a sense of specialness into everyday life. Through colors and designs that combine urban sophistication with the warmth of life by the sea, I hope to provide garments that help the wearer create their own personal narrative.
