Returns and Complaints

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

According to Danish Sale of Goods Act, you are entitled to a 24-month complaint period for defective or faulty items.

Please report any issues within 7 days of receiving your item.
Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Once the item has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
