Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK).

  • NiiNu is currently not VAT registered, so VAT is not included or charged.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping is handled via PostNord with full tracking.

Right of Withdrawal

  • Customers in the EU have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition and eco-friendly packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Returns and Complaints

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • According to Danish Sale of Goods Act, you are entitled to a 24-month complaint period for defective or faulty items.

  • Please report any issues within 7 days of receiving your item.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Once the item has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
