NiiNu Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with NiiNu. Based in Denmark, we are committed to delivering your order with care, transparency, and sustainability. All products are made from certified organic cotton and shipped using environmentally responsible materials. This policy outlines our current shipping terms within Denmark and the European Union (EU).

1. Order Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Danish public holidays) following payment confirmation.

• A confirmation email will be sent upon order placement, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information once the order is dispatched.

• During high-demand periods such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified of any delays by email or through our website.

2. Environmentally Responsible Packaging

• All orders are packaged using recyclable or compostable materials, including cardboard boxes and paper-based mailers.

• For protective purposes, we use 100% recycled plastic bags made in Denmark. These are chosen for their minimal environmental impact and local sourcing.

• No new (non-recycled) plastic is used in our packaging.

• Customers are encouraged to reuse packaging for returns whenever possible.

3. Domestic Shipping (Denmark)

Shipping Options:

Pickup Point Option:
Customers selecting Standard DK Shipping may choose a PostNord pickup point during checkout. Availability depends on your location.

Tracking:
Orders include real-time tracking via PostNord. A tracking link will be provided in the shipping confirmation email. Notifications will be sent via email and/or the Shop app.

4. EU Shipping

We ship to all EU member states using PostNord.

Shipping Options:

• No customs duties or additional import charges apply within the EU.

• Real-time tracking is included and accessible via PostNord’s tracking portal or the Shop app.

5. International Shipping (Outside the EU)

Currently, NiiNu ships only within Denmark and the EU.
Shipping to non-EU countries (such as Norway, the United Kingdom, or the United States) is not available at this time.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns:
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in original condition

• It is returned in the original packaging

• Proof of purchase is provided

To initiate a return, contact us at support@niinu.dk or via the Shopify returns portal.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing support@niinu.dk. Orders already in processing or shipping cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Lost Items:
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or high order volumes.
We aim to maintain reliable delivery schedules and will inform customers promptly in the event of any disruption via email or the Shop app.
