Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following items:

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at kae591@gmail.com.
Made-to-Order & Custom Orders – Cancellation Policy
All made-to-order and custom items are created specifically for you. Once your order is confirmed and production has started, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds, except in the case of defects or damages.
If you wish to cancel your custom order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, materials and work may already be in progress.
We appreciate your understanding and support for handmade, one-of-a-kind creations.
